How we handle information
Draft notice
Prepare Intelligence is at pilot stage. This notice describes our current approach in plain terms and is being reviewed by our legal advisers. If you need formal terms before sharing case material, contact us and we will agree them with you first.
Pilot enquiries
When you apply for the pilot we collect the name, work email, organisation, role and any notes you choose to provide. We use these details only to assess the application and to contact you about the pilot.
Case material
Prepare Intelligence only works with case documents, folders and email exports that a participating team explicitly provides or approves for a matter. We do not connect to mailboxes, HR systems or shared drives. The materials involved in a pilot, and how they are handled, are agreed with the participating team in advance.
Retention and removal
Pilot materials are retained for the duration of the pilot as agreed with the participating team, and are removed on request. Enquiry details are kept while we are in contact about the pilot.
Service providers
We use third-party providers for hosting, storage and AI processing in order to run the product. We can share details of the providers involved in a specific pilot on request.
